Sharal Churchill started in concert production in Los Angeles with Nederlander (Greek Theatre & Pantages Theatre) and then moved into Artist management working with Jazz legends Herbie Hancock and Ron Carter; Oscar-winner Ryuichi Sakamoto (The Last Emperor); and film composer Cliff Martinez (sex, lies, and videotape, King of the Hill, The Limey).

Churchill moved into Music Consultation in 1989 working on the soundtrack to David Lynch’s Wild at Heart and as a result of management with Cliff Martinez put together the soundtrack deal with Virgin Records for sex, lies, and videotape.
Her music supervision/music consultation career has included films such as Blue Sky, Untamed Heart, Benny and Joon, Of Mice and Men, Little Women, Swimming With Sharks, and 45 other films spanning a timeline of 12 years. She was Head of Music for MGM during 1993 to 1995 with her partner, and from 1997 to 1998 she taught the Music Supervision course at UCLA. She has recently produced commercials, music videos and independent features, as well as continuing to provide Music Supervision services.
